Jumble Sale

At the end of every school year the 6th class pupils of the school organise a Jumble Sale and fun activity day in the school.  The proceeds of the Jumble Sale this year are going to the school to be utilised in the purchase of new learning equipment. The Jumble Sale will be held on Tuesday, 22nd June 2010.  There will be a raffle, novelty events, a talent show and a fancy dress competition with a prize for the best outfit.

We would very much appreciate any contributions you can make towards our Jumble Sale, eg. Books, Soft Toys, Dolls, Jewellery, Games, Ornaments, CD’s, Plants, Queen Cakes, Home Baking to serve with tea/coffee, Large Minerals, etc. This day is considered a “Treat Day” and children are exempt from our “Healthy Eating Policy” for the day.

Please label all bags with child’s name and do not submit any broken or damaged goods as these will be returned to you.

There will also be tea/coffee and cake (€3) served throughout the day for parents, grandparents, relatives and friends.  Your support would be greatly appreciated.

Items may be dropped into the school from Friday, 19th.

Thank you for your continued support and generosity.
